Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria
Job Type Classification: Fixed Term Contract
Salary: R228,321 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12,
- No experience required.
Skills:
- Technical proficiency.
- Business writing.
- Data capturing.
DUTIES :
- Manage the filling of vacancies for the Fund.
- Administer the HR information system.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Securely maintain HR records.
Knowledge of:
- Compensation Fund objectives and operations.
- Directorate/sub-directorate goals and performance standards.
- Compensation Fund services and value chain.
- Stakeholder and customer relations.
- Batho Pele Principles for customer service.
- Risk awareness.
- COIDA Act, regulations, and policies.
- Human Resource Planning procedures.
- Relevant legislation: COIDA Act, Public Service Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS), PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and Public Service regulations.
